We possess a light microscope Axioskop 2 plus Dic, by "ZEISS", digital camera AxioCam HRc with CCD 1300x1030 sensor, and program KS RUN for operation of camera and registration of image from computer's display.

We perform:

•     microscope pictures with magnification: 200x, 400x and 1000x-immersion lens, planapochromatic
•     images in light background, dark background, phase contrast, differential interference contrast
•     reconstruction of image from blurred layers (spatial images) possibility of registration of 100 layers
•     interactive measurements with high accuracy, parameters (area, circumference, min diameter, max. diameter) and sections
•     counting objects in the visual field of the microscope
•     microscope analyses of Polish and foreign honeys (pollen analysis)
•     measurement result can be recorded on the picture

The microscope is equipped in the most modern digital camera with scanning sensor CCD! (Axio Cam HRc). This solution guarantees ideal and wide possibilities of selection of pictures' resolutions (3900x3090), depending on user's needs.
